💼 Work

I'm an SDE 2 at Kim.cc, leading engineering on an AI-powered customer-support platform. Lately that means:

  • Building a Knowledge Mining Engine that turns past support tickets into Standard Operating Procedures for e-commerce clients.
  • Designing a graph-based workflow engine for AI orchestration — flexible, auditable automation flows.
  • Modernising our infra on AWS — Dockerised ECS deployments, private subnets, and SOC 2 hardening.
  • Wiring up observability with New Relic and Langfuse so nothing breaks silently.

🛠️ Building & learning

  • Going deeper on LLM orchestration and RAG pipelines.
  • Rebuilt this very website on Next.js 15 + Tailwind v4 (you're looking at it).
