I'm Naveen — a full-stack developer with around seven years of building products in fast-moving teams. I like owning things end to end: architecture, UX polish, release quality, and going deep into backend services and infrastructure when it's needed.
Right now I'm at Kim.cc, leading engineering on an AI-powered customer-support platform — from helpdesk data ingestion pipelines and a knowledge-mining engine to graph-based AI orchestration and full infra modernisation on AWS.

- Building an AI platform that ingests and processes data from helpdesk systems (Gorgias, Zoho Desk, and more) for unified customer-support intelligence.
- Migrated the backend from legacy PM2-managed EC2 servers to fully Dockerised ECS deployments, improving reliability and deployment velocity.
- Architected the Knowledge Mining Engine — a pipeline that reads past support tickets and generates SOPs to automate AI implementation for e-commerce clients.
- Led SOC 2 compliance efforts: moved databases and services to private subnets and hardened server access.
- Built alerting across all servers and services with New Relic (infra) and Langfuse (AI observability), plus a graph-based workflow engine for AI orchestration.

- Primary owner of the Inferless Console frontend — took it from Pilot to MVP to GA.
- Set up architecture, state management, build/release flow, and a lightweight design system.
- Authored the Python CLI used to deploy and test models locally in Inferless-managed environments.
- Built internal tools that made shipping safer: a model publish workflow and a load-testing harness with latency/throughput/error-rate/cold-start dashboards.
- Contributed on the backend (auth, projects, model lifecycle, jobs/queues) to unlock onboarding.

- Revamped a multi-tenant platform across performance, state management, and security.
- Built a rules/workflow builder and a reusable CRUD module that standardised patterns across teams.
- Owned releases and quality gates with instrumentation on latency and error rate.
